Returns policy
We want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return a product, these are our conditions.
Time frame
You have 7 calendar days from the delivery of the product to request a return.
Conditions
To accept the return, the product must meet all of the following:
- No signs of use and in perfect condition.
- In its original packaging.
- Complete: with all accessories and documentation included.
- With the proof of purchase or the order number.
Free returns
The return is free for you: we arrange pickup of the product in Panama City. Message us on WhatsApp to organize it.
Refund
After we receive and inspect the product, we process the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Factory defects
If the product has a factory defect or malfunction, it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (see the warranty period on the product page). Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you with the process.
